What is the application process?

  1. Fill out an application form for the relevant service you require (download below).
  2. Send in to us by email fv@scmshq.org or by post.
  3. Once we receive your application we will check that we have everything we need and request costs from a surveyor local to you.
  4. When we have those costs we will send you our invoice and Terms and Conditions.
  5. Once we have received payment, we will instruct the surveyor to book in your survey. They will contact you directly.
