Change of vessel details

The Change of Vessel Details Request form should be used for the following changes:

• Owner/managing agent address
• Owner/managing agent name (not change of ownership)
• Vessel name
• Vessel area category
• Vessel maximum persons
• Other vessel changes

If the vessel is upgrading in any area e.g. increasing the maximum persons or the operational area category then you would need to contact an SCMS Examiner as additional forms and information will be required.
